Extraordinary Ministers 

Distribute the precious Body and Blood of Jesus under both species at the Sunday Masses and other liturgical celebrations.  EMHCs also take communion to the sick and shut-ins if the parish.  To be an EMHC, you must be at least 18 years old, received the sacraments of Baptism, First Communion, Confirmation and if Married, must be living in a marriage which has been blessed by the Church.
